H FACTOR BIOGRAPHY

H Factor consisted of three guitarists who met during IRS's "Night Of The Guitar" project. The "H factor" to which the band's name refers is the first letters of the last names of the three guitarists -- Steve Hunter, Pete Haycock and Derek Holt. A few months after the legendary "Night Of The Guitar," Steve Hunter was offered the opportunity to write and produce the Soundtrack to the film The Wedding Singer. It struck him that it would also be a great opportunity for the three men, who had become friends, to record together. The soundtrack efforts served as the basis for their first and only LP, H Factor.
